Welcome to the Traka Oceania - License Portal

Please login to raise a license renewal request.
If you don't have a login currently, please contact your Traka account manager or email support.oceania@traka.com.

You will require the following information about your Traka environment to make a valid request:
  • License software code
  • License expiry date
  • Current Traka Software Version
  • All associate TKP/TKC/TIL serial numbers for Traka systems operating within the software instance
To find the license details in TrakaWEB:
  1. Log into TrakaWEB.
  2. If the license is expired, you will be automatically redirected to the license page.
  3. If not, select the "i" info icon in the top of the website.
  4. Select the "License Details" link in the pop-up window.
  5. System Serial numbers are listed under TrakaWEB > Systems. The list can be exported if too many to record individually.


To find the license details in Traka32:
  1. Log into Traka32
  2. Select the "Help" menu item at the top of the application
  3. Select "Update License" option in the menu list
  4. System serial numbers can be found from Traka32 > Reports > Crystal Reports > Systems > System List.
